Followstead is the new name for Evidence Desk. The evidence follow-up workflow and the scope of requested early-access updates remain the same. Our existing contact address below remains in use during the transition.

The interest form asks for your business email, business type and role, plus optional structured state and workflow choices. It records your explicit request for Followstead early-access updates. It does not ask for applicant details, documents, financial or health information, or free-text notes.

Purpose and storage

When intake is enabled, these details are stored in the dedicated Followstead database to assess product fit and support the early-access updates you request. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing. The form does not send a welcome email or create a customer account. If persistence cannot be confirmed, it will not show a confirmed signup.

Measurement and abuse prevention

First-party counts measure page loads, demo clicks, form starts and saved requests by a small set of campaign labels. They do not identify unique visitors. The application uses no tracking pixels, advertising analytics, cookies, cross-site tracking, full URLs or browser fingerprints. Temporary keyed hashes support request limits; raw network addresses are not stored in the interest database. Aggregate counts do not contain your email. Hosting and database providers process requests to operate the site.

Your choices and removal requests

Joining is optional and the updates checkbox is unchecked by default. A repeated request does not create a second email entry or overwrite the original choices. For questions about your record, retention, or a request to remove it, email hello@tryevidencedesk.com. You can also decline future updates by replying to one. No emails are sent automatically by this application.

The synthetic demo

The demo uses fictional aliases and scenarios. Its edits stay in browser memory and reset on refresh. It must not contain real applicant information. Evidence statuses describe internal review and follow-up; they do not determine eligibility or provide legal advice.
